Awards Certificate

For each award, we provide the winner or winning team with one certificate.  We shall only be sending the certificates to the original entrant provided on the award entries originally submitted back in February, matching the email address of the original submission.  Please send us an email request from the same entrant, and address details confirming the request.

For those winners in Hong Kong, please email mail@sopasia.com with winning article entries details to arrange pick up or delivery.

For those winners outside Hong Kong, please email mail@sopasia.com  your winning article entries details, delivery address information including telephone #.  For overseas mailing, we will only mail the certificates (no frames).  The cost of mailing the certificates will be free.

Reprints request will only be processed two months after the Awards ceremony by emailing the following info to sopa@hku.hk
Information needed:

• Full Name
• Company Name (if requesting for company)
• Address & Telephone number
• Number of copies

Payment methods:  Bank wire TT payments or Paypal
-HKD$360 per certificate mailing within Hong Kong
-HKD$500 per certificate if shipping outside Hong Kong.
Reprints of certificates requests will be provided without frame, which will include postage delivery outside of Hong Kong.

For any other requests of certificates with name changes, etc. Documents will need to be emailed to sopa@hku.hk to be verified against the original entry form details. A charge of HKD$360 per certificate will apply if the reprint is not due to our mistake.
